I need a controller to last more than 1 year or the stated warranty period
Our line of controllers have a rugged metal construction with time tested designs. All controllers have a minimum life cycle of 1 million mechanical operations and our contactless controllers have a life cycle of 5 to 10 million mechanical operations to assure you are able to get the most out of it. We have over 50 years of experience building controllers and have instances in which our customers don’t come back for new controllers for almost 10 years because our products lasted that long. Our product construction ensure your joysticks are the last component you need to worry about on your machine.
I want something different than what is on a website or in a catalog
OEM Controls offers 20 types of joysticks that range in size and mechanical options. We also have 25 shapes of handles as well as multiple electronic modules. All OEM products are able to be customized to suit the needs of your work. Our website and catalog simply cannot display ALL configurations available. They are meant to provide you with ideas so we can get your custom solution in motion when you give us a call.
I need an ergonomic joystick
We have a product line of 20 joystick sizes, 25 shapes of handles, and a variety of spring pressures, gate types and shapes, as well as many detent mechanisms available for you to choose from. Our joysticks are designed for the machine with the operator in mind, meaning that our large selection will get you the feel needed and allow comfort for the operator.
You have good products, but it is difficult to change vendors
We understand it may be difficult to change vendors once you already have a set one, however, OEM Controls works with you through process flexibility. We have a full engineering and design staff on board to create the product you need. We want to work with you, so just give us a call and we can design a controller built to your specifications.
