We are excited to announce an addition to our engineering department: another new 3-D printer!
This new machine will greatly increase the quality and accuracy of our 3-D printed prototypes. It can lay down thinner, more precise layers which will allow us to provide our customers with prototypes that have the shape and feel much closer to that of the final product. While we are able to print in the similar material as on our previous machine, which is ideal for "working" prototypes, we also now have the ability to print a few different materials depending on the application. In addition, we can build larger parts while spending less money and have them completed much faster that before. We are keeping the existing 3-D printer for internal usage and fixures, but are very enthusiastic that the new printer is a big improvement.
