A Letter To Our Customers: COVID-19 Updates



Dear Partners, Clients and Customers, 

This is an update on where we are with the COVID-19 virus.  While we have implemented many preventive actions, there will be delays in the shipment of particular OEM Controls’ products. 

Production:  No one on our team has been diagnosed as positive with COVID-19.  However, there are several people staying home, among other reasons, to care for their children or they may be exposed to the virus from their family.

Our production system is being stretched due to several employees staying home.  For the people who are still working, we have implemented: 

  • Staggered times for daily start, break, lunch and end times
  • Inserted spaces in between work stations
  • The wearing of masks by all employees
  • Additional and deep cleaning in the factory.
  • Fever screening for everyone entering the facility

Parts Supply:  Several of our domestic distributors and international suppliers have pushed out deliveries and lead times.  Our Purchasing, Production Control and Sales teams are scouring the data to provide you an accurate schedule. 

Starting today, we will delay our Sales Order acknowledgment to 2 days.   We need to fully investigate when we will meet your requested delivery date. 

For open orders, your Sales and Account representative will contact you directly on schedule changes.
